| After years of war between the inhabitents of the planet Kobol and the dreaded Cylons, a peace treaty is agreed. However it is just a ploy to lull the humans into a false sense of security. The Cylons attack the planet and kill all but a small number of people. These survivors take to spaceships and follow the Battlestar Galactica as it heads for Earth which it believes can help them fight off the Cylons. The Cylons are led by a human traitor called Count Baltar. Dirk is also known for his womanising character Face in the "A-team". In the credits for the "A-team", you see a Cylon walk past Face as part of in-joke of the program. The characters were different to the original. In one episode, Starbuck is lost on a mission. They made a series in 1980 where they find Earth but it is not as advanced as they had hoped, as a result they had to do whatever was needed to prevent the Cylons finding it. What was the name of the Purple headed Cylon who reported to Baltar ? |
